Process Analyst (Non-voice Process):

We are currently looking for a Process Analyst in Non-Voice Process. The candidate should have 1-2 years of hands on experience in handling Customer support tasks including email handling, process execution and internet research. The candidate should posses strong interpersonal skills and strong English communication and comprehension skills.

Skill sets required:

• Strong experience in MS-Word, MS-Excel
• HTML knowledge is preferred
• Experience in Internet Research based on keywords
• Knowledge of WordPress is preferred (if you have attended WordPress training, it would be an added advantage)
• Knowledge of handling Non-Voice processes
